How do I get rid of the paint smell from a decorative pillow I purchased?
Purchased a pillow yesterday wrapped in a bag, and now it stinks from the paint. I soaked it in Woolite, which helped a little. I'm hesitant to run it through the wash or spray anything on it as the paint may wash off. Thanks!
i dont have a garage or attic in NYC 
The best way to remove that smell is air and time.
Just put the pillow in your garage and leave it there for a month or two.
If your garage has a petroleum smell, put the pillow in your attic instead.
